Wave kids

A smocked skirt, a happy and colourful skirt, a pleated skirt with a high reversable waist. One that makes everyone long for summer, small and tall. I bought this fabric once from an overstock, this is an original 80ties item! :-) There is still some fabric left so skirts can still be made in several sizes for ladies and kids!
