Santoku cooking knive

Santoku Damascus knife.
 
Blade length; 18 cm
Handle in Rosewood & Madagascar Ebony.
Blade Sandvik Swedish stainless steel 19C27 core with 45 layers of stainless damascus steel hardened to HRC60. Upper part of blade is traditional Japanese hand hammered "Tsuchime" which helps separate food when cut.
 
Custom made & fit to the client 's hand so there is a minimum delivery time of 3 weeks. You can chose between different handle materials & woods.
